European leagues are still playing, but most of the prospects are gearing up for the combine and pre-draft workouts. There is still time to impress scouts and move up in this class. Several players could be the number one pick, and it likely comes down to which team wins the lottery on May 12. The Spurs need some more lottery luck this year. They won in 2023 and earned the right to draft franchise-changer Victor Wembanyama. All-Stars and prospects are already dreaming of playing next to the 7’4 big man. The Spurs would love nothing more than to snag the number one pick again and could get a second lottery selection if the Raptors fall to seventh or below.
